Can I choose my budget?
Yes. There are 3 packages available, depending on the desired reach. You can aim for around 7,000, 20,000 or 30,000 views, depending on the package you choose.
Each package includes the production of the immersive video as well as targeted advertising, managed by our team of digital experts according to your sector.
Can you provide the video so I can use it outside of META?
Yes. You can use the video on other platforms. Simply specify this in the “campaign-specific note” section when submitting your request. You will receive the video in .mp4 format once distribution has begun.
Can I boost any property?
Yes. You can currently boost any property listed through your estate agency and connected to the Centris® or Realtor.ca® network.
How long does the campaign run?
The broadcast lasts 7 days, regardless of the package chosen.
Is it possible to specify certain information about the property that I wish to include in the ads?
Yes. You can provide us with additional information in the “Campaign-specific note” section. We will take this into account when creating and distributing your advertisement.
Are there any recurring charges for the simpliBOOST service?
No. There are no monthly fees to keep the simpliBOOST service active. You only pay when you choose to promote a property by selecting the advertising package that suits you. The three packages are priced at $150, $200 and $250 (including the immersive video, ad creation, management and advertising budget).
